Danny Allen

Danny Allen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Danny most recently worked as the Head of Customer Success at Cydar Medical since April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Lead Customer Success at Medidata Solutions from November 2021 to April 2023. Danny also served as the Head of Customer Success at Geomiq from February 2021 to November 2021.

Before moving into customer success roles, Danny had extensive experience at ArisGlobal where they held various positions. Danny was the Director of Customer Success from January 2018 to August 2020, where they managed a team of customer success managers and implemented processes and goals for customer success. Prior to that, they served as the Global Safety Success Program Manager from April 2016 to January 2018 and as a Client Partner from April 2014 to March 2016. Danny started their journey at ArisGlobal as a Senior Consultant from July 2012 to March 2014.

Danny's earlier work experiences include being a Sales Executive at Bio-Sciences Limited from January 2011 to July 2012, a Core Technical Officer at University College Dublin from July 2010 to January 2011, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin from October 2005 to August 2010. Danny also worked as an Education Officer at Dublin Zoo in 1999, a Microbiology Laboratory Technician at Tullamore General Hospital in 1998, and an Environmental, Water and Sewerage Technician at Offaly County Council in 1997.

Danny Allen has a diverse education history. Danny obtained a PhD in Human Molecular Genetics from Trinity College Dublin, graduating between 2000 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Biology from Maynooth University, graduating from 1997 to 2000. In 1996 to 1997, they pursued a Diploma in Toxicology at the Technology University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Applied Biology from the same institution, graduating from 1993 to 1995. Danny also pursued a Diploma in Information Technology at Dublin City University, earning it from 2009 to 2011.

Furthermore, Danny has participated in several online courses and obtained various certifications. In September 2020, they completed the "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" course offered by Coursera. Later, in October 2020, they accomplished multiple online certifications, including "Using Python to Access Web Data," "Using Databases with Python," "Python Data Structures," and "Capstone: Retrieving, Processing, and Visualizing Data with Python." In November 2020, Danny completed the "Introduction to Data Analysis Using Excel" course, and in January 2021, the "Data Visualization and Communication with Tableau" course, both provided by Coursera.
