Mark Evans

Mark Evans has a wealth of experience in the finance and technology industries. From 2009 to 2018, they held various positions at different companies. In 2009, they founded and served as CEO of Adaptix Ltd, a company that seeks to transform radiology through the use of low-dose, affordable 3D imaging at the point-of-care. From 2012 to 2018, they held various roles at Cydar, InsurTechnix, Oxford nanoSystems Ltd., Mirada Medical, Secerno, Lagan Technologies, Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics, and Siemens Medical Solutions. In 2012, they co-founded Oxford nanoSystems Ltd., and served as Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive Chairman from 2012 to 2015. From 2008 to 2011, they served as Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director, Non-Executive Chairman of Mirada Medical. From 2009 to 2018, they held the roles of Non-Executive Director, Non-Executive Chairman at Cydar, Investor and Non-Executive Chairman at InsurTechnix, and CFO at Secerno and Lagan Technologies. From 2007 to 2008, they served as Vice President and European Head of Finance at Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics, and from 2003 to 2007 they were Managing Director of Siemens Molecular Imaging Ltd & PETNET Solutions Ltd. From 2002 to 2003, they were Finance Director of Swisscom Eurospot UK.

Mark Evans has a diverse educational background. Mark obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Stirling in 1994. Mark then obtained their Chartered Accountant (FCA) certification from the INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS IN ENGLAND AND WALES in September of 1994. In 2001, they obtained their Corporate Treasurer (FCT) certification from the Association of Corporate Treasurers. In 2003, they obtained their Prince 2 Practitioner certification from the Association of Project Management. In 2006, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In 2008, they completed the Venture Capital Executive Program from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In 2016, they obtained their Chartered Director (CDir) certification from the Institute of Directors.
