Karen Randolph

Karen Randolph, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and People Operations at Cydecor, Inc., a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Karen held various leadership positions in human resources, including Human Resources Director at Artel LLC and Employee Relations Lead at MITRE. With a diverse background in HR, Karen has also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sprint and CGI Federal, a Senior Human Resources Manager at Ardent Management Consulting, and led HR efforts as Director at Carient Heart & Vascular. Karen's career in HR management began at Integrated Concepts and Research Corporation, where responsibilities included managing human resources and serving as a Senior Technical Training Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University.
