Shiva Sharma has been working in the tech industry since 2012. In 2012, they began working at Sizzle Designz as an Search Engine Optimization Executive, where they were responsible for developing optimization strategies, researching SEO keywords, setting measurable goals, monitoring daily performance metrics, and writing compelling website content. In 2015, they moved to Cyemptive Technologies Inc. where they have held various roles including Sr. Success Manager, Success Manager, Design Lead and QA Manager, and Digital Marketing Expert. As a Success Manager, their responsibilities included helping make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. As a Design Lead and QA Manager, they were responsible for overseeing and monitoring the progress of their team and ensuring that work was delivered on time with the best quality. As a Digital Marketing Expert, their responsibilities included overseeing and developing the overall content strategy, identifying trends and insights, allocating marketing investments, managing the organization's website, optimizing content, tracking website traffic flow, implementing and analyzing performance metrics, and executing new collaborations. Additionally, they introduced scrum and agile practices to the company and became the first scrum master.

Shiva Sharma obtained a Beginner and Advanced Certification in Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster from the Google Analytics Academy between 2018 and 2020. From 2008 to 2012, Sharma obtained a B.Tech in Information Technology from the Guru Nanak Institute Of Technology Mullana. Between 2005 and 2008, Sharma obtained a 12th from the CBSE board in Non Medical. Lastly, between 1993 and 2005, Sharma obtained a 10th and B. S from the HBSE board in All Subjects.
