Jonathan Bell

Jonathan Bell is an experienced forestry professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Forest Operations Team Leader at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales since April 2013, Jonathan has held various roles including Forest Operations Senior Officer, Harvesting Contracts Manager, Forest Resource Planner, and Surveys Forester. Prior experience includes a position as Data Collection Manager at Forestry Commission Wales, Coed Cymru Woodland Officer with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, and Forestry Surveyor at Furlong Forest Surveys. Jonathan began a career in the industry as a Nursery Worker at Thorpe Trees. Jonathan holds a BSc (Hons) in Forest Management from the University of Aberdeen, obtained in 2001, and attended Teesdale Comprehensive School from 1990 to 1997.
