Mamen Blanco Pérez has a diverse range of work experience in various roles, primarily in the field of human resources and marketing.

Mamen began their career as a Recruiter & Assistant Marketing at Grupo Caballero from 2002 to 2005. Mamen then worked as a Recruiter & Promotions Coordinator at Lateral Marketing & Comunicación in 2006.

In 2006, Mamen Blanco Pérez joined Grupo Garvey where they held multiple positions. Mamen started as a Brand Manager, responsible for marketing and trade marketing of various product categories. Mamen later became the Marketing and Trade Marketing Director, where they defined and coordinated strategies for different product lines.

From 2011 to 2014, Mamen Blanco Pérez worked at Exxita Be Circular as an International Recruiter & CMO. Mamen established a network of local suppliers in Spain and Portugal and implemented a training plan, talent retention, and loyalty program.

Mamen Blanco Pérez then joined Flex by Éxxita in 2014 as a Talent Acquisition & CMO, where they launched a startup and created a network of technicians through a digital talent acquisition and retention plan.

In 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor and CMO at Feedbalia, providing HR consulting and implementing soft skills training in large companies.

Mamen Blanco Pérez served as the Human Resources Director and advisor at Exxita Be Circular from 2016 onwards, focusing on generating the best worker experience and carrying out various HR functions.

Mamen also worked as the Director of HR and Corporate Services at Telco Advanced Services from 2017 onwards, primarily involved in talent selection and recruitment, career planning, and implementing remuneration systems.

In 2020, Mamen Blanco Pérez joined Universidad de Sevilla as a Professor in the Master's Degree program, teaching subjects related to human resources and conducting workshops on digital talent management and HR practices.

Mamen Blanco Pérez began their education journey in 1999, enrolling in the Universidad de Sevilla, where they obtained a Law Degree, specializing in Derecho. Mamen completed their studies in 2006.

In 2007, Mamen pursued further education at the ESIC Business & Marketing School, where they completed a Master's degree in Marketing and Sales Management. Mamen concluded this program in 2008.

To enhance their skills in the field of human resources management and personnel administration, Mamen attended the SASCOM informática (Wolters Kluwer) in 2019. Here, they studied Payroll and contracts in A3Nom, gaining knowledge in GestiOn de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general.

In 2017, Mamen expanded their knowledge in human resources management by studying Dirección por Misiones: empresas con propósito at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. This program helped their gain further insights into GestiOn de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general.

Seeking expertise in finance and accounting, Mamen attended Escuela de Organización Industrial in 2020. Here, they acquired knowledge in Finance, with a focus on Accounting and finance.

In addition to their formal education, Mamen Blanco Pérez has also obtained numerous certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2023, they completed a course on I+D+I, Actualidad de los incentivos fiscales y bonificaciones en la seguridad social, offered by APD. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Certificated avanced English - C1 level from the British Council. In 2021, Mamen completed a course on Growth Hacking provided by Grupo Euroformac.

Furthermore, Mamen has acquired a range of certifications in different areas. These include Aprende LinkedIn Recruiter (2019) and LinkedIn para recursos humanos from LinkedIn, Reanimación cardiopulmonar (RCP) y uso desfibrilador and Primeros Auxilios from PS Sociedad de Prevención. Mamen has also obtained certifications in Analítica Web and Marketing Digital from Google Actívate, and Formación global sector asegurador from Asociación ICEA, obtained in 2014 and 2013 respectively.
