Jon Persson

Jon Persson is the Co-Founder & CEO of IT consulting company Cygni, which has 210 employees across multiple offices in Sweden. Cygni has been recognized as the Best Workplace in Sweden for seven years and Best Workplace in Europe five times. Before their current role, Jon served as a Board Member at Wise Group AB and held positions at HiQ and Cambridge Technology Partners. Jon holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and has also pursued additional education in areas such as law and computer science.
