Jacqueline McCullough

Jacqueline McCullough has extensive work experience in sales operations and business operations. Jacqueline currently holds the role of Global Client Executive at Cygnvs Inc. starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Arete Incident Response as the Director of Sales Operations from January 2021 to July 2022, and as the Director of Business Operations and Project Management from May 2019 to January 2021. Before joining Arete, they served as the Director of Sales Operations at OnShift from February 2015 to May 2019. Jacqueline also worked as the Sales Operations Manager at DTI LLC from December 2012 to February 2015, and held various roles in the Human Resources and Finance Department at Thompson Hine LLP from October 2006 to November 2012. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Sales Operations Manager at Merrill Corporation from 2002 to 2006.

Jacqueline McCullough completed their Associate's degree in Business at the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Innovation at the same university from 2008 to 2010. In 2015, Jacqueline obtained a certification in CustomerCentric Selling from the CustomerCentric Selling institution.
