Hamid Sahraei

Hamid Sahraei is a Lead Engineer specializing in Piping and Layout at Cyient since October 2023, having previously served as a Project Engineer at COWI from May 2021 to October 2023 and worked on projects in the Pulp and Paper industry for clients such as Valmet, Stora Enso, and Andritz. Hamid completed a Master Thesis Project at Volvo Buses, focusing on energy simulation and optimization for electric buses, and contributed as a Project Assistant at Chalmers University of Technology, where tasks included 3D CAD modeling of the Chalmers energy plant. Prior experience as a Piping and HVAC Engineer spanned various industrial sectors in Iran, including Oil & Gas and mineral industries. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Systems at Chalmers University of Technology, Hamid combines extensive engineering expertise with academic knowledge to advance sustainable solutions.
