Rajaneesh Kini

Rajaneesh Kini is the SVP and CTO of Cyient. Rajaneesh has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and R&D services industry.

Kini started their career at Altran in 1999. Rajaneesh held various positions at Altran, including Global Service Line Head, before becoming the SVP and CTO of Cyient in 2020.

As Global Service Line Head, Kini was responsible for business & technology strategy, presales & business development, Engineering capability development & solution's team for global service line for Network Transformation & Operations as well as for Product Services and Support (PSS). PSS provides end to end services to customers for product roll out, delivery, deployment and support in both traditional and cloud based models. Network transformation SL is focussed on Telco and Enterprise Network Transformation and Operations.

Under Kini's leadership, the team achieved a 30% CAGR growth for over 6 years while building capabilities across new technologies, new center in Portugal and Mexico. High NPS and CSAT scores were also achieved during this time.

Kini's experience and successes have made him a valuable asset to Cyient. Their knowledge and expertise continue to help the company grow and succeed.

Rajaneesh Kini has a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA in Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, an MS in Systems Software from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, and a BTech in Engineering from the Cochin University of Science and Technology.

They work with Ajay Aggarwal - Executive Director & CFO, PNSV Narasimham - President & Chief Human Resources Officer, and Karthikeyan Natarajan - Executive Director & COO. Their manager is Krishna Bodanapu, Managing Director & CEO. and Pallavi Katiyar - VP, CIO reports to Rajaneesh Kini.
