Prior to this, Marion worked at Pierre Fabre as a Responsable de programmes R&D and CDMO, overseeing the integration of CDMO projects within the R&D process. Marion also held roles in project coordination, development, and formulation at Pierre Fabre and L'Oréal, showcasing a strong background in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Marion holds engineering degrees from École Polytechnique and Chimie ParisTech - PSL.
