Raven Berman

Raven Berman, MS, currently serves as Team Lead & Health Coach at Cylinder, contributing to holistic care and the growth of the Clinical Wellness Team. Previous roles include Health & Wellness Coach II and I at Cylinder, where Raven supported members' digestive health and mentored new staff. At ARUP Laboratories, Raven focused on enhancing employee wellness through healthy behavior promotion. As an Associate Instructor at the University of Utah, Raven taught courses on exercise programming and health-related impacts of exercise. Additionally, experience as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Utah involved developing a worksite wellness program. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Vermont.
