Marion TOUSSENOT

Marion TOUSSENOT has a diverse work experience in the field of biology and research. Marion started their career in 2013 as a Technician trainee at the Laboratoire de Virologie. In 2015, they worked as a Research associate trainee at the Laboratoire INSERM U1198, focusing on molecular mechanisms in neurodegenerative dementias. In 2016, Marion served as a Research associate trainee at the Institut de Génomique Fonctionnelle, where they gained experience in the field of neurology and conducted research on brain disorders. Since 2017, Marion has been working at CYNBIOSE, initially as an Associate Study Director and later as a Study Director. Marion'sresponsibilities include biosecurity management and overseeing various studies.

From 2016 to 2017, Marion attended Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, where they pursued a Master Professionnel "Recherche Animale Pré-clinique et Clinique" (ex-BioExpérimentation Animale) in the field of Biologie Intégrative et Physiologie.

Between 2014 and 2016, Marion studied at the University of Montpellier, earning a Master's degree in Biologie Santé, with a specialization in Neurosciences - Neurobiologie, Endocrinologie.

In 2013 and 2014, Marion also attended the University of Montpellier, obtaining a Licence de Biologie in the field of Physiologie Animale et Neurosciences.

Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, Marion studied at IUT Nancy-Brabois, where they completed a DUT Génie Biologique Santé, focusing on Analyses Biologiques et Biochimiques.

Marion has also obtained additional certifications throughout their educational journey, including a certification in Prévention et gestion des risques biologiques en laboratoire, surgery (Chirurgie Expérimentale), project design using animals for scientific purposes (niveau 1), and Attestation de Formation aux Gestes et Soins d'Urgences (AFGSU) niveau 2.
