Cyndi Robbins serves as the President and Owner of Poland Spring Resort since May 1971, overseeing resort operations, managing a team of managers, coordinating functions, hiring entertainment, and creating marketing materials and menus while also engaging in customer service activities. Additionally, Cyndi has been the owner of Cyndi's Dockside Restaurant since April 2008, offering a menu that features local specialties such as Maine lobster, naturally grown beef burgers, scallops, and crab cakes at Middle Range Pond. Cyndi is an alumna of the University of Maine.
