Shlomit Nadav Bitran has been working in the design industry since 2004. shlomit began their career as an Art and Graphic Designer at Ikan Mass Media, followed by an Interactive Designer role at Adler Chomski Group - GREY in 2009. In 2007, they joined Gorni Interactive as an Art and Interactive Designer. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Head of UI Design at PlanetSoho, and then worked as a UX/UI Freelance Designer and Consultant. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Head of Product Design at FairFly, and is currently a Senior Product Designer at HiredScore, where they work on B2B SaaS Recruiting AI Solutions. Since 2022, they have been a Senior Product Designer at Cynerio.

Shlomit Nadav Bitran attended Bezalel Academy of Art and Design from 2000 to 2004, where they received a B.Design in Visual Communication. In 2018, they attended Netcraft Academy, though they did not receive a degree.
