Chris Diliberto

Chris DiLiberto has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Chris started as a Strategic Research Consultant at Corporate Executive Board in 2006 before transitioning to roles as a Principal and Senior Financial Analyst at AOL and Neustar. In 2012, they joined AtSite, Inc. as a Finance Director and Controller, eventually becoming Vice President and Head of Finance. Chris then served as Director of FP&A at hCentive, Inc. before joining DocASAP as VP Finance and Administration/Head of Finance. Afterwards, they held the position of Vice President Finance (Interim CFO) at CareMetx, LLC. Chris most recently served as Vice President Finance (Head of Finance) at Sorcero, and will move on to hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Cynet Systems and Cynet Health starting in 2023.

Chris DiLiberto earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Chris later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Carnegie Mellon University from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Chris has obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are unavailable.
