Annekatrin Ott

Annekatrin Ott has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Annekatrin is currently the VP HR, International at Cynosure, LLC. since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Stretch & Grow from April 2019 to April 2021. Annekatrin also held the position of VP HR Global Functions and R&D at Coty Inc. from July 2016 to April 2019. Before that, they served as the HR Director, International, and Emerging Markets at Twinings from September 2013 to July 2016. Annekatrin has also worked at Vodafone in different roles, such as Head of HR Group Transformation & Operations, Head of Organization Effectiveness & Change, Senior Member of Global Talent & Leadership Team, HR Business Partner, and Manager Organization & Change. Prior to their HR career, they worked as a psychotherapist at Psychiatric Hospital Ginsterhof and Children's Hospital Boston.

Annekatrin Ott has a diverse education history. Annekatrin obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration from NIMBAS, Bradford - Graduate School of Management, graduating in 2002. Prior to that, Annekatrin completed an Internship/Fellowship in Clinical Psychology/Pediatric Psychology at Harvard Medical School, which lasted until 1998. Annekatrin holds a Diplom degree in Psychology from The University of Bonn, which they earned between 1990 and 1996.

In addition to their academic achievements, Annekatrin Ott has obtained certifications in various fields.
