Mark M Berry is an experienced service leader with over twenty years in the industry, currently serving as the Regional Service Manager at Cynosure, Inc. since January 2012. Berry has a strong background in customer relations, team coaching, and leadership, complemented by excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior to their current role, Berry held various positions including Director of Service at GE Healthcare, where management of a diverse team of laser and laboratory field engineers was essential. Earlier career experience includes work as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Sun Medical Inc., focusing on the maintenance of surgical laser technology, and as a BMET at ServiceMaster. Berry holds a Bachelor's degree in IT Network Management from American InterContinental University and an Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology from Texas State Technical College.
