Sheri Fitzgerald

General Manager, Key Accounts at Cynosure

Sheri Fitzgerald has extensive work experience in the field of clinical education and digital customer experience. Sheri currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Clinical Education at Cynosure, LLC. In this role, they are responsible for restructuring and leading the build-out of a clinical education capability that maximizes clinical outcomes and improves the customer experience.

Before joining Cynosure, LLC, Sheri worked at Johnson & Johnson Vision as the Head of Global Education and Experience. During their time there, they launched the first US-based Johnson & Johnson experience center for ophthalmic surgery and managed a team of optometrists to develop engaging scientific and clinical education.

Prior to that, they worked at Johnson & Johnson as the WW Director, Digital Customer Experience - Medical Devices. In this role, they set the strategic vision for the Johnson & Johnson Institute digital customer experience and led a team in consolidating 28 specialties into one brand of education.

Sheri's previous experience also includes roles at DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where they served as the Director of North America Digital Strategy and led a team to define and deliver the digital vision across orthopedics, trauma, and spine. Sheri has also held roles as the Senior Product Director for spine commercial marketing, product director for interventional technologies, product director for spine arthroplasty, and associate product director for minimally invasive spine surgery.

Earlier in their career, Sheri worked at Radionics and Tyco Healthcare, where they held roles as a senior sales representative and a neurosurgical technical leader, specializing in image guidance and neurosurgery.

Sheri started their career at J.L. Kaplan Associates, LLC as the Director of Management Information Systems, responsible for managing all network operations and computer support for the company.

Sheri holds a wealth of experience in clinical education, digital customer experience, and sales in the healthcare industry. Sheri'sexpertise in these areas has contributed to their success in various leadership roles throughout their career.

Sheri Fitzgerald completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance, Management, and Economics, from Merrimack College between 1995 and 1999. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, in 2002 and 2003, they acquired the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) qualification from Boston University.
