James Lupton

James Lupton is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the CTO of Cynozure, a data and analytics consultancy focused on creating tailored data strategies to enhance business value. Previously, James held roles at Marks and Spencer, first as a Big Data Software Engineer and later as Big Data Solutions Lead, where significant contributions included building a central analytics hub and leading a large DevOps team. James also served as a Senior Consultant at itelligence Business Solutions UK LTD, overseeing the design and delivery of data and analytics projects across various industries. James began the professional journey as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Blueprint Management Systems after graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in International History & Politics.
