Louise Hutchins currently serves as the Director of Data Culture and Literacy at Cynozure Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Louise founded Reach Strategy Ltd. in April 2020, providing expertise in data-driven customer experiences with a focus on loyalty, CRM, and data strategy, while collaborating with The Loyalty People and Cynozure as an associate. Louise's previous leadership roles include Managing Director at The Loyalty People and Chief Customer Officer at swapi, as well as a series of positions at Marks and Spencer from September 2003 to March 2020, including Head of Loyalty Proposition and System Development. Louise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual and Performing Arts from the University of Winchester and has completed additional marketing qualifications through the Marketing Week Mini MBA and various CPD courses.
