Emin Ghuliev

Emin Ghuliev is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development. As Co-Founder and CTO at Cypho since April 2023, Emin is currently leading technological innovations. Previously, Emin founded VULECC, which was acquired in March 2024, and served as a System Software Engineer at the Innovation and Digital Development Agency from September 2018 to April 2023, where key contributions included designing the architecture for Azerbaijan's Electronic Government and developing a high-performance Data Exchange Layer. Emin's earlier experience includes work as a C/C++ Developer at EvilBytes, focusing on Intel HAXM enhancements and creating a custom operating system, as well as a brief tenure as a Security Software Engineer at Ensign InfoSecurity.
