Alper Bakacak

Alper Bakacak has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD and Kokua Education since October 2022 and October 2021, respectively. Prior to these roles, Bakacak was a Senior Lecturer at Ankara University from January 2005 to October 2021, and held positions as a Visiting Professor at the University of Houston from August 2019 to September 2020 and as a Visiting Scholar at The University of Texas at Austin in May 2016. Bakacak's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science and Government and a Master of Arts (MA) in the Institute of Turkish Revolution History, both obtained from Ankara University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in History from Hacettepe University.
