Kelley Mooney serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Region 4 ESC since April 2020, where responsibilities include developing lesson plans and instructional materials for diverse populations, coaching and mentoring educators, and guiding them in their onboarding and curriculum development to enhance learning outcomes. In addition, Kelley fulfills the role of Instructional Designer, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create online certification courses utilized by 1,500 campuses, while researching educational trends to ensure course relevance. Prior experience includes positions as an Instructional Coach, Team Leader, and Teacher at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD since August 2010. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler.
