Paul Shamma is currently working as an Assistant Project Manager at Cypress Gulf since October 2023. Prior to that, Paul worked as a Project Engineer at CCC SITE DEVELOPMENT. During their time at CCC SITE DEVELOPMENT, Paul performed various tasks such as creating RFIs, change orders, and updating schedules, as well as attending coordination meetings and generating MOT plans. Paul also has experience in procuring materials for multiple projects and estimating project costs. Paul has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Seminole State College of Florida and completed their education at Timber Creek High School.

CG utilizes the AGTEK 4D and Planswift Software packages for its takeoffs to ensure accuracy on all projects. CG takes jobsite safety very seriously with an established safety program, full time Safety Manager and weekly safety meetings. All company superintendents and foremen are OSHA 10-hr certified.
