Andrea Grant

Andrea Grant is the Director of Recruiting at Cypress HCM. Andrea has been with the company for four years, starting as a Technical and Creative Recruiter and eventually being promoted to Recruiting Manager. Prior to joining Cypress HCM, Andrea worked at Culver Careers as a Recruiter/Branch Trainer. During their time at Culver Careers, they were named Rookie of the Month three times and was promoted to Branch Trainer after just six months.

Andrea Grant has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from University of California, Santa Barbara. Andrea also has a certification from LinkedIn in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers.
