Marisol Jordan is the current Director of Revenue Operations at Cypress. Marisol has previously held the position of Senior Director, Sales Operations & GTM Strategy at Nearpod from January 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sales Operations, NCA Global at Kaseya from June 2016 to January 2020.

Jordan is a sales operations leader responsible for implementing processes to align with GTM strategy. This includes budget and territory planning, forecasting, reporting and strategic analysis. Marisol has also developed Revenue Operations teams and is responsible for managing NCA Ops, CS Op, Marketing Ops, Deal Desk, GTM Analytics and Business Systems teams.

At Kaseya, Jordan led the integration of 7 acquisitions to include budget planning, headcount, territory planning, Sales forecasting, comp plan alignment and participated in the consolidation of multiple SFDC instances. Marisol also managed Sales Compensation planning process across 7 Business Units and worked closely with Finance and Sales Leadership to align plans with Corporate and Strategic goals. Additionally, they were responsible for establishing NCA Sales and Marketing targets for 7 Business Units to include lead generation goals, distribution of booking targets and ensure quotas were optimally allocated to each BU with proper over assign down to the rep level.

Their manager is Drew Lanham, CEO. They are on a team with Tim Gribble - VP, Finance, Ganesh Radhakrishnan - VP, Engineering, and Pilar Muner - Director of People.
