Julian Terlaak

Julian Terlaak is an experienced operations leader in the technology and B2B SaaS sectors, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at Trustpilot since October 2025. Previously, Julian held the position of Director of Sales Intelligence at Cision, where responsibilities included leading a Sales Intelligence team and managing a global sales data architecture. Prior to Cision, Julian was the Director of Global CX Operations at Brandwatch, focusing on customer experience processes and business strategy. Julian has extensive experience in customer experience operations, having worked at Falcon.io in roles ranging from Team Lead to Customer Support Agent. Julian’s educational background includes a Master of Arts from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg.
