Hayley Atkinson is a Principal Scientist at Cyprotex, having progressed through various roles including Senior Research Scientist and Senior Scientist since joining in October 2013. Prior work experience includes serving as a Pharmacology PhD student at the University of Liverpool from October 2010 to September 2013, where research focused on antiepileptic drug transport at the blood-brain barrier, funded by Epilepsy Research UK. Hayley also completed a Summer Internship at Pfizer in July 2009, gaining experience in early-stage drug development and compound management. Hayley holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmacology and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Pharmacology, both from the University of Liverpool.
