Justin Rich

Justin Rich has worked for multiple companies since 2004. Justin began their career as a System Admin at Erie Scientific Company (Division of ThermoFisher Scientific) in 2004. In 2005, they moved to the same company but as a System Administrator. In 2006, they worked as a Sr. System Engineer at Massachusetts General Hospital. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Solutions Architect at Apex Learning. During this time, they were responsible for the design, development, and deployment of SaaS solutions. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Sr Solutions Architect at FusionStorm. Justin was responsible for providing design and integration services to clients, evaluating and testing new product lines, and automating deployment and configuration of hardware. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Cloud Services Engineer at Shutterstock. During this time, they were the pipeline lead providing support for the deployment pipeline utilizing Jenkins with an in-house plugin. Justin also handled the migration of over 200 applications across multiple environments with significant infrastructure changes. Currently, they are an Infrastructure Lead at Cyral since 2022.

Justin Rich obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the Wentworth Institute of Technology between 1999 and 2003. Justin also holds three certifications from EMC and Nimble Storage; an Implementation Engineer, VNX Solutions Specialist Version 8.0 (EMCIE), obtained in July 2014; a Nimble Installation and Operation Professional, obtained in July 2014; and an Information Storage Associate Version 2 (EMCISA), obtained in June 2014.
