Sebastian Weis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sebastian started their career as a Computer Technical Specialist at STS Solución, where they provided freelance computer assembly, maintenance, and LAN support. Sebastian then worked at Thekitmaker.com as a Senior Manufacturing Technician and later as the Head of Research and Development, where they conducted research and development projects, 3D design and printing, and worked on domotics and automation.

After that, they joined Guardería Neptuno as a Supply Chain Management professional, where they focused on cost reduction strategies, maintained vendor relationships, and worked closely with the maintenance manager and team. Sebastian also served as a Lead Project Manager, planning and implementing infrastructure maintenance and civil projects.

Sebastian then went through a transition period, emigrating to a new country and preparing for future challenges.
