Mhairi MacLennan

Mhairi Maclennan is the Co-Founder and General Manager at Kyniska Advocacy, where Mhairi consults with sports governing bodies on welfare and safeguarding policies and procedures, supports athletes suffering abuse, and educates sportspeople on athlete welfare, abuse, and female athlete health. Mhairi also serves as a Board Trustee at Scottish Women in Sport, a UKA Athlete Commission at UK Athletics, and a People Officer at Cyrenians. In the past, Mhairi has worked as an External Affairs Officer at Sport England, a Tutor in Spanish at The University of Edinburgh, and a Policy and Public Affairs Officer/Intern at British Heart Foundation.
