Community and Social Services Team

The Community and Social Services Team at Cyrenians provides comprehensive, person-centred support to individuals and families facing the challenges of homelessness. Through a diverse range of roles, the team engages in direct outreach, family support, arts and wellbeing initiatives, green space activities, and community cooking projects. By addressing both the immediate needs and underlying causes of homelessness, they work collaboratively to foster wellbeing and social inclusion within the community.
