Arthur Serra is a seasoned customer success professional with extensive experience in the cybersecurity and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as the Founding Customer Success Manager at CYRISMA since July 2024, Arthur focuses on assisting MSP/MSSP partners and clients in addressing cybersecurity risks and compliance challenges.
