Thomas Rainwater possesses extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member at WIN Waste Innovations and Cyrq Energy, Thomas also leads Rainwater Asset Management, LLC as CEO and Founder, focusing on enhancing business value for various stakeholders. Previous roles include CEO and board member positions at Essential Power, LLC and SunEdison, as well as significant board contributions to Broadrock Renewables and Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO). Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and advanced degrees in Management and Marketing from prominent universities, complemented by a Directors Education Programme in Board Governance at the University of Toronto.
