Micki Short has extensive experience in product development and customer service, beginning with a current position at Cyrus OLearys Pies since February 2012, focusing on creating and enhancing products while also managing customer relations. Prior to this role, Micki worked at CSM Bakery Supplies North America from March 2001 to January 2012, where responsibilities included customer service, training, conducting food shows, and making sales calls. Additionally, experience as a bakery and cake decorator at Tidymans from October 1991 to March 2001 involved filling cake orders, managing a small team, and overseeing supplies and sales. Micki Short pursued education at North Idaho College in Post Falls, Idaho.
