Alexandria Corcoran Hughes

Alexandria (Lexi) Corcoran Hughes is a dedicated Medical Social Worker with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, currently working at JourneyCare since May 2024. Lexi has a long-standing commitment as a Volunteer and Advocate for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since April 1997, demonstrating strong leadership skills in organizing fundraising events and advocating for legislative measures that impact Cystic Fibrosis patients. Previous roles include Medical Social Worker positions at Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice, Sinai Health System, and Norwegian American Hospital, where Lexi provided psychosocial evaluations, patient education, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams.
