Joshua Conte

Joshua Conte is a skilled research scientist specializing in bioinformatics at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since July 2018, collaborating with genomics teams on data analysis and experimental design. Previously, as a bioinformatician at Neon Therapeutics, Joshua developed computational pipelines for analyzing patient NGS data from immunotherapeutic trials. Joshua's early career includes project management and engineering roles at JLG Industries and DENSO, where significant contributions included leading project planning and designing specifications for automotive instrument clusters. Joshua holds a Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics from Northeastern University, an MBA from Frostburg State University, and a BSEE from Lawrence Technological University.
