Paris McGruder

Paris McGruder, M.A., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and operational management within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Senior Specialist in Training and Compliance Operations at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since October 2017, Paris oversees budgeting, strategic planning, and contract negotiations for a team of 40 employees. Prior roles include contributing as a member of the New York City Museum Educators Roundtable and gaining hands-on experience as a Collections Intern at the Rochester Museum & Science Center. Paris previously served as a Senior Legislative Assistant and Legislative Assistant for the City of Rochester, where responsibilities included coordinating recruitment processes and legislative documentation.
