Shaina F.

Shaina F. has over a decade of experience in nonprofit development and program management, currently serving as the Associate Executive Director and previously as Senior Development Director at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since June 2013. Responsibilities include leading fundraising efforts, planning special events, and strategic direction for the Orange County chapter, while fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Shaina's roles at the Foundation progressed from Development Manager to Logistics Specialist, each focusing on enhancing donor engagement and event execution. Additionally, Shaina has served as a part-time instructor at the University of California, Irvine and coordinated volunteer efforts for Future Leaders of Our Community. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Irvine.
