Jon A. Kaupla

Jon A. Kaupla currently serves as Associate Dean and Executive Director of Executive and Leadership Education at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, where responsibilities include leading the strategy and execution of lifelong learning and executive education programs. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of President and Executive Director of the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development, focusing on enhancing organizational performance through various educational offerings. Jon's extensive experience includes organizational development consulting at Sargento Foods Inc., global HR leadership at CoreLogic, and strategic human capital consulting at Robert W. Baird & Co. Additionally, Jon has taught graduate-level courses at both the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Alverno College. Jon's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Education from Alverno College and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida State University.
