Shivar Stewart

Shivar Stewart has extensive work experience in risk management and compliance roles. They started their career at Lockheed Martin as a Program Support Assistant from July 2012 to February 2014, followed by a role as a Management Analyst Team Lead from May 2014 to March 2016. In 2016, Shivar joined the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a Compliance Manager until January 2018. From January 2018 to April 2021, they served as a Sr. Manager, Risk Management at the same organization. Currently, Shivar holds the position of Director, Risk Advisory at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, starting from April 2021 until the present.

Shivar Stewart earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Georgia Southwestern State University in the years 2000 to 2003. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Shivar pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management, Supply Chain, and Entrepreneurship from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business. In terms of additional certifications, Shivar obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021. Furthermore, Shivar has obtained various certifications in areas such as project management, communication, decision-making, and equity from reputable institutions like LinkedIn, UVA Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning, Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, Yale School of Management, and Ivey Business School at Western University between 2022 and 2023.
