Head Of People And Organisation Development at Cystic Fibrosis Trust

David Webber's work experience began in 1981 at BT, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner, Head of Organisation Development and Quality. During their time at BT, they led a culture change program, implemented an annual performance reporting process, and designed a training program for reducing the workforce through voluntary redundancy. In 1998, David joined O2 as the Head of Change Management and Employee Communications, where they restructured the Employee Communications function and implemented a performance management system. In 2004, they became the Director of HR, Finance & Services at WEA, where they managed all aspects of HR, finance, IT, property, and governance. David also worked as an Interim HR manager at the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority and as a consultant for the Association of Management Education and Development and WEA. From 2015 to 2017, David served as a Trustee at Medsin, and in 2016, they became the Head of People and Organisation Development at the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

David Webber completed their Bachelor's degree in history from The University of Manchester from 1976 to 1979. Prior to that, from 1969 to 1976, they attended Worthing High School for Boys. David later pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Liverpool in 1979-1980.
