Mary Conn has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare and research field. Mary'smost recent position was as the Head of Registry Operations at the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at NHS Digital as a Data Governance and Service Delivery Programme Manager from April 2022 to February 2023.
Mary also served as a Professional Practice Officer at the Society for Endocrinology from April 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they worked at Public Health England as an NCARDRS Senior Data Analyst & Regional Lead from February 2019 to April 2021.

Mary's earlier work experience includes positions such as a Research Facilitator and Research Assistant Practitioner at North Bristol NHS Trust from September 2013 to September 2015, and an ALSPAC Research Fieldworker at the University of Bristol from August 2013 to May 2014.
Mary began their career as a Research Assistant in Prenatal Screening at the NHS in June 2010 and held this position until January 2013.
Mary Conn has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Transfusion and Transplantation Science from the University of Bristol. Mary also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of the West of England. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mary has obtained several certifications including Good Clinical Practice from the NIHR (National Institute for Health Research), Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, Project Management Fundamentals from APM-PFQ, First Line Management and Leadership and Management from ILM.
