Connie Wedel

Connie Wedel is the Chief People Officer responsible for leading Cytek’s worldwide people strategy and operations. Connie has a twenty-year track record of successfully leading organizational effectiveness, building high-impact leaders and teams, and driving business growth in industry-leading companies. She has broad-based business experience working with leaders and employees across six continents in technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and service industries.

Before Cytek, Connie held human resources leadership positions for Binding Site, Argen, Gemological Institute of America (GIA), and ECI Telecom. Connie has an Executive Master’s degree from the ILR School at Cornell University and a B.S. in Education from the University of Iowa.
