David Delamaire

David Delamaire has held various roles in talent acquisition and recruiting throughout their career. David started as a Human Resources Manager at Alten SIR, where they were responsible for sourcing, prequalifying candidates, conducting interviews, and managing candidate experiences. David then moved on to become a Human Resources Manager at Jems Partners and later a Sales Manager at Vitalicio Seguros.

In 2010, David joined Approach People Recruitment as a South EMEA Recruitment Consultant. David then transitioned to RBW Consulting LLP, where they specialized in recruiting professionals in health economics, market access, and pricing. David gained in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and developed a strong understanding of client and candidate needs.

In 2016, David joined Cytel as a Recruiting Manager, responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, candidate development, and agency management. David progressively advanced to roles such as Senior Manager, Associate Director, and Director of Global Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruiting efforts globally and leading geographically dispersed teams.

Their most recent role at Cytel is Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition for RWA, Services & Corporate Operations. In addition to their previous responsibilities, they lead a globally dispersed team and collaborates with internal stakeholders to design and improve recruitment systems and processes. David also partners with various HR functions to ensure fair and competitive candidate offerings and robust TA technology solutions.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong leadership skills, mentorship capabilities, and a dedication to finding the best talent for each position.

David Delamaire obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued further studies and earned a Master's degree (MA) in Business from the same university, completing their studies from 2006 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, David obtained a certification titled "Be the Manager Who Fights for Their Team" from LinkedIn in June 2023.
