Jennifer Lurie

Jennifer has 25 years’ experience practicing in a wide variety of legal areas, including corporate, securities, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. As the General Counsel, Jennifer is focused on building a legal team and driving processes to support and accelerate business growth and manage risk. She is also an executive sponsor of Cytel’s ESG and sustainability strategy and initiatives.

Prior to Cytel, Jennifer was part of the in-house legal team at NTT DATA, Inc. (formerly Keane, Inc.) where she practiced for more than ten years. As Senior Vice President, Corporate Counsel, Jennifer was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, advising the executive team and the board of directors, corporate governance for group companies throughout the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, and supporting global finance and treasury initiatives. Before that, Jennifer spent the early part of her career working at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP counseling companies from various industries on a range of corporate and securities matters.

Jennifer holds a BA from University of California at Davis and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, degree from the University of San Francisco.
