Lisa MacHalek

Lisa Machalek has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lisa started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Absolute Quality in November 1998 and later became a Benefits Administrator at the same company in July 1999. Lisa then moved on to work as a Benefits and Payroll Manager at Old Mutual Financial Network from March 2002 to May 2003, and subsequently took on a similar role at Advertising.com, A Division of AOL Platforms from May 2003 to August 2004.

In August 2004, Lisa joined AOL as a Human Resources Manager Compensation Benefits and held this role until January 2008. Lisa then transitioned to a Total Rewards Analyst position at AOL from January 2008 to September 2009, followed by a role as a Senior Compensation Consultant from October 2009 to June 2011. Lisa was promoted to Principal Compensation Consultant at AOL in July 2011 and held this position until September 2017.
