Software Engineer II at Cytel

Mugdha Sohoni began their work experience as a Project Trainee at Quick Heal in March 2015. Mugdha then took on a Project Trainee role at Cytel from December 2015 to May 2016. Mugdha then joined Cytel again in July 2016 as a Software Enthusiast, where they developed software for designing clinical trials and conducted soft skills sessions for team members.

Mugdha later advanced to the position of Software Engineer I at Cytel in April 2019. In this role, they worked on a web-based tool to demonstrate graphical representation of data from cloud-based servers. As a front-end developer, they implemented major features using React.js and Microsoft graph APIs until March 2022.

Currently, Mugdha holds the position of Software Engineer II at Cytel. Mugdha'scurrent project involves developing a web-based platform to optimize clinical trial designs. Mugdha serves as a full-stack developer and participates in UI/UX discussions and design-level discussions. Additionally, they address application issues, provides post-implementation support, and maintains and enhances the software application. Mugdha also monitors the implementation of software development systems within the organization and contributes to the design and development of various projects.

Mugdha Sohoni received their Master's Degree in Computer Science from Fergusson College, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they obtained a certification in "React-The complete Guide(incl Hooks, React Router and Redux)" from Udemy in June 2020, as well as a certification in "Testing React Applications with Jest" from Pluralsight, also in June 2020. Prior to their Master's Degree, they completed a course in Embedded system and applications from University Grant Comission's career oriented course in September 2013.
