Shruti Nikam-Phadtare

Shruti Nikam-Phadtare has a strong background in human resources and resource management. Shruti started their career at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd in 2014 as a Resource Management Executive, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, Shruti joined Cytel as an Officer - Resource Management and held this position until 2019. Shruti then progressed to the role of Senior Officer - Resource Management from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Shruti is serving as a Senior Officer - HR at Cytel. Their experience spans a range of responsibilities in HR and resource management throughout their professional journey.

Shruti Nikam-Phadtare began their education by completing a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Statistics from Maharashtra Jobs. Their studies lasted from 2009 to 2012. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA) in Savitribai Phule Pune University.
